Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to the Parallax store and use of purchased presets.
Digital products
Parallax presets are instant-download digital products. Product descriptions identify the included format, intended use, price, and license before purchase. All completed purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Strict single-seat license
Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to one named purchaser only. One purchase equals one seat: only the purchaser may access, copy, install, or use the product. A separate license must be purchased for every additional person who needs access.
No piracy or sharing
You must not share the product or download link with another person, team member, client, community, shared drive, or public system. Copying, gifting, lending, sublicensing, reselling, publishing, uploading, redistributing, or otherwise making any part of the product available to others is strictly prohibited. You may not remove ownership notices or use the product to create a competing or substantially similar product for distribution.
License enforcement
Unauthorized sharing or piracy immediately terminates the license without refund. We reserve the right to disable access and pursue available legal remedies for infringement or misuse.
Responsible use
You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output and for how you use it. Presets do not guarantee a particular business, legal, financial, or professional result.
Store operation
We may update products, pricing, and these terms. The material terms applying to an order are those shown when the purchase is completed.
