Refund policy

We want every Parallax preset to arrive as described and work as expected.

All digital sales are final

Every Parallax product is an instant digital download. Because access is supplied immediately after payment and a digital file cannot be returned, cancelled, or revoked after delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once an order is completed, except where required by applicable law.

File access and defects

If your download link fails or the supplied file is defective, contact us with the email used at checkout and the product name. We will restore access or provide a replacement copy of the purchased file. Technical support and replacement delivery do not create a right to a refund.

Duplicate charges

If the same order was charged more than once because of a payment error, contact us promptly with the relevant receipt details so the duplicate transaction can be reviewed.

Acceptance before purchase

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately, consent to receiving the digital product without a cooling-off period where legally permitted, and accept this no-refund policy.
